There are a total of 20 Workouts in the Program. You will receive 3 full body workouts along with 2 cardio/core circuits scheduled each week for a total of 4 weeks.
The full body workouts will range around 45 minutes and the cardio/core circuits will start in length of 15 minutes in the beginning and ending around 25 minutes at the end of the month.
All you will need are some dumbbells, a stability ball, and some bands to be able to complete these workouts!
I have workouts created to be used either in the Gym or at Home.
